LA VILLE EN CHANTIER by Anne Moreau is a wonderful picture book published by a young publishing house, Le Textuaire. It is part of a collection of books without text but activities are provided on their website (www.letextuaire.com). Books without text are a source of many activities and will get your kids' brains (and yours) flourish with amazing stories. LA VILLE EN CHANTIER, my personal favorite from the collection, is the story of two adorable characters made out of clay who are taking on the construction of a city with recycled objects... Check out the website for an "avant-gout." Adults and children will love this one.
